He has a CPA firm, do you still think you know more than me or my father about this and how tax hikes will effect EVERYONE. the democratic government is taxing the **** out of Michigan already. he employs only CPA's, no "accountants"
Michigan is #1 highest unemployment rate in the country, Georgia is 2nd.
Of course I know more than you.
You posted a Heritage Organization smear that said the SS tax cap would apply to those making over $250K. Then they go and apply the ""full 12.4%"" rate to come up with their silly conclusion.
Obama said he would only tax an additional 2 to 4% above $250k for SS.
You have no idea what you post or what you are talking about.
The Washington Post source I posted is the correct and objective analysis.
All those rich people aren't rich anymore because they've been taxed so much. Then who does he tax?
There has never been a shortage of rich people, regardless of tax rate. In the pre-Bush tax period more godzillionaires were created in the history of the country. Anyway, as I have posted already, a family making $280,000 pays a grand total of $257 more under the Obama tax plan than McCains.
You're incredibly naive if you actually believe that the rich will be sent to the poorhouse because of Obama's planned tax increases.
Nope, the rich guys will just pass the cost on to the poor people, so they will end up getting it in the shorts anyway.
People need to wisw up before it's too late and that radical gets into office...
I thought the whole purpose of "capitalism" was for as many folks as possible to make as much money as they can! By taxing folks who make more than the "norm", you are limiting their ability to do well for themselves. There's PLENTY of money to be made, and MADE is the key word. You must make your own money. It shouldn't be taken from one, and given to another.
Stop the taxes! Let's institute a National Sales Tax---everyone will pay the same rate, but depending on what you buy (and let's face it, the "rich" buy more!) will determine how much you pay! Do completely away with the "income" tax, and all the rest. No more IRS, persay. Just a sales tax on every purchase. Considering what a "consumer" nation this is, the gov't will make out like bandits!

Really? Why don't you post some objective sources to back you up on that?
That poor people will suffer if rich people are taxed 11.5% more???

Sweden, Switzerland, France tax much more and they have a higher standard of living, universal health care, better educated, less crime.
you are right, that is a lot to pay a manager. but this allows him to work and her to manage the office. includes answering phones, ordering supplies, making appointments etc. she has been with him for 35 years since he opened his firm in michigan. so have most of the other CPA's.
most small business' take care of their employees.
