Otherwise their support on many fronts for not just Hillary, but most of today's Democrats (especially Edwards), makes no logical sense what so ever.
What portion of Hillary's platform is "socialism" exactly?

I am no fan of the woman, but I hear this word thrown around so much and it seems many people have no idea what socialism really is.

I like to hope my fellow Americans aren't close minded enough to ignore everyone save those clad in red and blue tis insulting to them to believe that. Just as it's insulting to think that Hilary will get voted into office (please no) because of her gender, or Obama because of his skin shade. I like to hope. And this country was founded on hope.

And if I have to wait till Hell freezes over, then I'll wait knowing that peanut butter hardens when frozen. (perfect for dancing on I'm sure)

I understand your frustration , I too am more libertarian than republican, but I value my vote too much to waste it!

If it goes to a good candidate I don't see how it could be wasted. If everyone thinks that way change will never happen, you know?

But, you don't quite know my frustration. I watch these sort of things pass me by, my voice unheard in elections and decisions, unable to do a thing except try to convince older citizens with more rights than I.

Well , If you lean more to the right than to the left, but voted for Perot, instead of Bush 41, you helped elect Bill Clinton, how did that further you libertarian cause?

Default Rudy/Jed 08 Ticket

I am a independent, I don't think the Dems have a clue.If Kerry is the best they could have done for that last election we all are in some serous trouble. I would not follow John Murtha into a soup line. Hilary votes for a war and now she wishes she hasn't well what the heck did you think would happen with a WAR. This could be a lot worse and a lot better. Just think you invade a country and find resistance hhhmmmmmmmm I just wish We had other countries behind us for around a total of 200,000 non American troops and about 200,000 American troops. either cut and run or stay and finish the job. I say finish the job but they need to lock Dems and Reps in a room and not let them out till they find a solution. I think that is kinda like how the declaration of independence came about.

I say Rudy and a Jed Bush ticket because both have dealt with crisis situations and are familiar with budget. What exactly does a senator do? make bills laws. Yeah thats a lot of experience What most people don't understand is that it all starts with the local governments. City, state. I still don't understand how you can blame GW for the new orleans crisis. it's like what exactly does the local officials do?

Either way I will support our next President.

She may wish that she had not, but she has not expressed it. In fact, she has stood by her decision rather stubbornly.

Maybe once, someone will retire this tired rhetoric, or actually back up this laughable claim. a_lot.

Actually Clinton was so far ahead a vote for Bush would have been a throw away vote as well, but at least if I'd voted for someone I agreed with, few good people come from political machines but some do which is why I'm not saying vote for someone just cos they're an independent candidate, I wouldn't feel crummy and regretful about it.
