Putin is probably young enough that he can take medication to slow Parkinson's for many years. The "signs" they point to are so small that they don't require medication. Are they on some kind of embargo for medications related to Parkinson's?

Ichoro...
After American democrats deprived Russians of their chance of democracy, after what Biden did in Ukraine ( and so on,) don't expect too much sympathy for American democrats from Russians, ( as left-minded as Russians normally are.)
Grega, all I know is that few days ago the *opposition* in Russia was buzzing about the mysterious *orange folder* that Putin was manipulating with ( aimlessly so, according to the observers) during the latest meeting on Russia's economy.
And that's what prompted some to speculate about his "declining health."
I personally didn't pay any attention to it, because in my opinion Putin half of the time pretends to be "all attention," - it's just the mask he wears for the "public image,", while taking notes and coming across as a person who is constantly "in charge of the situation."
But today I've noticed in my feed that Russia's Channel 1 was giving an explanation to that mysterious *orange folder* ( or rather disproving all the bro-ha-ha around it.)
It turns out Putin wrote something on it earlier ( some data apparently,) and then (following his *spy's old habits*) he decided to hide it from anyone's prying eyes, thus flipping the cover.

Meh. He seems to favor his left arm is all I see. If he is having troubles considering his age and his lifestyle in the past such as martial arts he may have inherited some baggage.
Take it from me. What we do to ourselves young seems to come back to haunt us. Evolution did not design us to live as long as we do.
BTW. There's a 30 year warranty just in case you've not been informed.
