Unless they build a desalinization plant or make peace with Ukraine (or climate change brings more rain) there is no end to their water crisis.
They are drilling wells and piping water in from what I hear and adapting agriculture to use less water. Just how much of a difference it will make I do not know. Time will tell. Desalinization plants are impractical in such a situation, way too costly.
I expect Russia will solve it one way or another. If the Ukronazis get too pushy most likely those gates will be opened when the territory around them is occupied.
This is interesting. The Dneipre and Desna do originate on Russian territory. By looking at the size at the border easily 25% of the water flowing past Kiev is Russian.
Russian invader water. We can't have that now can we? Maybe Kiev can build a dam 1/4 of the way across the river at the Belorussian border!!!!! Keep that evil Putin water out of Ukraine.
