The video of Biden nearly dying on the stairs is unironically sad and not funny, we get it - he is too old to be a president but seeing how aging will affect most likely all of us or worse - our loved ones - is the most cruel reminder.

He is not "dying" - he is just trying to act younger than his age and this cost him too much.
All he needs to do is to slow down and to act accordingly, instead of still trying to jog into the cabin, after those falls.

^ Fair enough, yet doing this for 3 times in a row is puzzling, I wouldn't say he is quite running or maybe there is wind, in any case he may have dementia and quite possibly neuro motor disease, don't forget Hitler had Parkinson in his 40s, way younger.

How many Russians take vitamin D supplements regularly? Do you guys take them?
Usually prescribed for children. I don't use it regular (I'm a lazy), but sometimes I can take it for a company with children.
