Help it "integrate" is the correct way to phrase it. It will not help the country but it will help increase german influence. It will become like Greece, only difference: Greece was actually a rich country before the crisis. Again: Macedonia is nearly pointless anyway.

Some of the countries in the list will never be in the European Union such as Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan.
