I voted for Russia, because that would strengthen the influence of eastern europe. It is not because I support all of their policies, but I think France and Germany have too much power.
I'll give you one reason. If the Union actually acted like a Union then they would have one Army that could be called up for action instead of having to deal with individual nations to do so. They should be a Union on everything in the same manner the US is a union of states. The US spends too much time and funds, when the EU should be able to do things for themselves by now.
Yes it's what France wants but Germany doesn't want to spend as much money as France to protect European interests worlwide...Germans prefer the Frenchies to pay for them..
I voted Ukraine because it's the most European country among all.
Serbia is little Russia, it would be a Trojan horse in the EU.
