Several years ago I went to Mexico on a business trip and made a comment to one of our hosts that there were so many beautiful women.......his reply was "It might be that you're so far from home".
My impression is that people vote according to their own background, so I doubt that the results will be accurate

I disagree. Istanbul is a transcontinental city and wouldn't be called that if it didn't have land in Europe. French Guinea is in South America and despite having the Euro currency and "being part of the EU" - it doesn't mean it is in Europe. I'm not saying Turkey is completely European, it is mostly Asian, but a small part of the country is in Europe and most people in this forum agree. Therefore the selection in my opinion is legitimate in this poll even if it mean's only 3% of the country is.

The question was about "best looking European women" though, not women that just happen to "situate in Europe."
In my experience - a couple dozen countries over three continents, in many cases living in a place for at least two years - a guy views a new place through rose-colored glasses, so to speak, and every woman he sees is the best looking.
After staying in one place for a significant period of time, one reaches the same conclusion time and time and time and time and time again regardless of climate, country, race, eye color, hair color, skin color, height, even weight and age: about 30% of women are impressionably good looking, most of the rest are about average, which is good enough, and some are really ugly.
And then there is the character of the individual human being, which is very difficult to measure, even after many years of experience.

Turkish women from Eastern Thrace are European and those from Anatolia are not, just like Russia has women from European part and Asian part. That's what a transcontinental country is. If you disagree we'll leave it at that.

You can't have "European women" under Islam - it's that simple.
At least not for long.
Since European-looking women are quite beautiful (and exotic) by Middle Eastern/Asian standards, in the harems they go.
The next generation is not all that "European" any longer.
In Russia on another hand, it's not a question where a woman was born - in "Asian" part or in "European part."
The question is - what's her ethnic background.
There are gazillion of ethic Russian families living in the "Asian part" of Russia (namely in Siberia,) and there are plenty of "Asian women" in the European part of Russia, where their families moved to.
Now the specific enclaves ( known as autonomous republics throughout the Russian Federation) with the ancestral lands of certain ethnic groups - yes, that's where you will see less of ethnic Russians, and more of the local ethnic groups.
