I really depends on your tastes/type.

Personally, I see attractive women in every country I have ever been to, though my "type" is only found in a fairly small region.

But if we only went by "types" we would only listen to one musical genre, eat one type of cuisine, look at one artists paintings, etc. and where is the pleasure in that?

East Thrace is part of Europe. So Turkey is partially in Europe unlike the other two you mentioned.
