How 'wrong' are you!!

Thanks to Brexit the UK is going to be the first country to emerge from the pandemic!:-

You're obviously just either a 'hater' or your jealous that you are still in the stifling EU! If you are still in the EU then I can only say - enjoy your lockdown.

After the economy of the UK cratered in 2020, they would be just catching up. And those forcasts are revised almsot daily.

And it looked pretty bad in the first quarter of 2021:

Why would they shoot themselves on their feet?

the UK is a example of what not to do with a country.

Hopefully Scotland will gain independence so we can see the end of the UK and England's complete downfall!

Nevertheless thanks to NOT being in the EU the UK's economy will outgrow everybody elses within the EU and the UK will be the first country to exit the pandemic!!

More importantly, not only that by not being in the EU ensures the UK is a FREE sovereign nation!

Enjoy your lockdown.

The UK is the best example of why leaving the EU is the right thing to do. The difference between my statement and yours is that I posted links to back up what I said!

By the way your (frankly) evil wish that the UK/England (do you even know the difference) has a 'complete downfall' is noted. Another reason perhaps why leaving the nasty Europeans behind was the correct decision no!? Seems like we will be much better off dealing with 'friends' rather than people that wish us harm wouldn't you say!?

You don’t have to shoot yourself on the feet… only in the foot.

Scotland have already had their chance of independence, and did not vote for it. If in the future, they are allowed to do another Independence Referendum and vote for independence… the UK will still continue to be a country. It will probably become the United Kingdom Of England, Wales and Northern Ireland - something like that.

I can’t see Scotland wanting to leave the UK in the near future though. It’s all talk by Nicola Sturgeon and co.

The main difference between the UK and the rest of of the EU member nations is the UK never went all-in to begin with. They never got rid of their own currency and banking system, so they always kept one foot out the door just in case.

Well, it wasn’t such a bad thing when it all started as the EEC/Common Market, as it was more about trade back then. But it became more and more political over the years.

I’m glad the UK kept the Pound, as it is part of our national identity. I wish the UK could also leave the Eurovision, as it’s such rubbish and I begrudge paying towards it out of my Tv Licence.
