- How long can you hold a handstand? Do you usually feel dizzy after that?

When I was a kid, I could do a handstand and not get dizzy. However, last year I was trying to show my kids how easy they are, and, I got very dizzy (and I found out that they are not so easy!).

Well, depending on how long you do a handstand, all that blood is rushing right to the head from hanging upside down. So eventually, you'll get dizzy, some faster than others.
