Seems like kind of a silly notion as most people associate working out with "work", but I actually crave the work out. It feels good. I look forward to it, and I plan my week around it. Meet at 2? Can't do it I have the gym.

Anyone else like this?

I'm the same, it's the highlight of my day as my job is pretty average, but I just love challenging myself and watching my body get bigger and my lifts going up. Plus I love the challenge of keeping my bodyfat below 10% year round.

I think its that way for many people. I get like that too, once I start, nothing can get in my way and I'll need my daily workout. The moment I stop for 2 or 3 days I fall out of the routine and quit until I have time to get back into it.

Oh yeah, it's the endorphin and adrenaline rush, I think.

With me, it's running; I look forward to it everday and I never feel so good as I do when I'm cooling down afterwards, maybe drinking a protein shake or other beverage, and getting ready for the shower before dinner. It's at that time that I'm at my mental peak as well as physical.

I think this is an example of a good addiction.

I look forward to my workouts almost as much as I look forward to having marathon sex sessions with Mrs. Lao. Its like she gets all super sexy worked up after her yoga class, she'll send me a text saying "be ready" or something similar. Any guy would get excited over this, and this is how excited I get over my workouts.

I look forward to working out everyday at 5am. Once I'm finished, I have the rest of the day to myself

Default Haunted & taunted

My workout must love me more than I love it.

When I don't workout it calls me.. haunts & taunts me
and I cannot stop thinking of anything but that I am avoiding it...
so, I return to the gym and all is right with the world.
