Amazing point. A lot of people don't prioritize exercise.

Flat stomach but not fat - http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-hjLSssBaFh...ties_01235.jpg

Slight abdominal definiton - http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lq...fh4lo1_500.jpg

Chiseled six pack - http://www.onestopmuscle.co.uk/wp-co..._Aesthetic.jpg
I must confess, the more I work out and the better I begin to look, the more defined I prefer him to be..so between a soft six pack and a chiseled six pack would be about right. Genetically not everyone can achieve the chiseled six pack. If he is disciplined enough to work out and get in the best shape that he can, Just enjoy and appreicate that. Let's not get GREEDY, now!

I'm a guy, so I would like to chime in on the type of women that I like.

Yes, as I am into physical fitness I too would like a woman who takes care of herself as well. No, she doesn't have to be a professional athlete or a fitness model to be attractive, but she needs to make that effort to keep in shape. I'm a boxer, so I am attracted to female fighters.

Though, let me emphasize that fitness is only ONE thing that I am attracted to. Personality and intelligence also go a long way. You can have a fitness model's body, but I will get bored if that is your ONLY interest. I am an avid reader, and there are few things more attractive than someone who is well-read, intelligent and connected with the arts.

My goodness. Um, ya I've dated all types of guys that have all types of looks. As long as a man isn't like morbidly obese like the people that are on the "Biggest Loser" tv show or like so skinny thin that bones show, I could care less about looks. It's about who they are on the inside. Give me a man with a true heart any day and I'll give him mine. BUT there's never an excuse for bad hygiene and laziness. Eye candy only goes but so far. It's important to always look your best and keep yourself up, but def tone up the personality! hehe

Geez, how many hours does your day have? Mine only has 24 and usually end up having to fit work and sleep into it.
