Hmm, I don't really consider walking a workout but okay. I WALKED this morning from 5:50am to 6:15am with my dog.

My last tougher workout was last night:

6:30pm - 7:30pm BJJ class for beginners
7:30pm-8pm lifting weights
8pm-9pm Muay Thai class for beginners

Finished a ballet class at 7:30 this evening. Most of my workouts are in the mornings (or hiking all day on weekends etc), but lately I have also been taking some evening dance classes. I find my energy and flexibility are much better in the mornings lol. I'm also a morning person, who gets up at 4am every day. I'm usually dead by 9pm, but tonight is an exception because tomorrow is vacation day. Yeah!

At 2:00 am last night, I was running on the streets. A cop car tailed me for a block and then went past. Maybe the thought was that I was running from a crime-scene. Late-night running works out for me, as there's almost no traffic, no exhaust fumes and no waiting to cross intersections. And especially in the summer, it's much cooler.

Main workout is 6:30 pm most days.
Five minutes of light morning calisthenics for my knees first thing each day.

No workouts for me in over a week.

Got a wisdom tooth removed last week and felt quite exhausted all week. I took it easy. Hope to return to workouts on Sunday!
