You have to be an idiot to work out in the gym without a mask these days. Better to learn self motivation and do it yourself at home or outdoors. All it takes is a little discipline and knowledge. You don't need a gym for that.
Good grief.
Someone who thinks a cloth mask prevents COVID is calling everyone else an idiot.
Thanks, I had a negative PCR test last night! I'm feeling better each day but because I rarely get sick, this probably hit me harder than other people? Just a guess.

I dunno, I got it bad back in 2020, a roaring fever (103+), splitting headache, muscle aches galore and a wheezing cough for 3 weeks. When I exhaled, the sounds coming from my lungs sounded like Satan laughing at me. It was rough and a bit scary, but I never had to go to the hospital so I guess I'm fortunate. Occasional wheezing went on for months. My doc prescribed a z-pack and an inhaler around the 2-3 week mark, which seemed to quiet things down, but it was a bumpy ride. Thankfully not a sniffle since.
Hope you're feeling better, on the bright side, you now have strong immunity.
My doc ran an antibody test on me a year after having covid and my numbers came back strong. He said I'm good for the foreseeable future, no vaccine necessary, which was refreshing to hear because I expected a lecture about getting vaccinated.

Way to go on the test...I should probably take it also 15 days out now. We rarely get sick too...hit us the same way it hit you...very hard even though "mild" symptoms per the ER...all got the deep wheezing cough...still coughing with stuffiness...ear fullness and post nasal drip in to week 3 now.
I'm sure this has been asked before, but for people who work out at gyms and take classes, are you wearing masks? I'm asking because I started going back to the gym and taking group classes. Right now I am wearing a mask, but no one else is. I feel odd wearing one but very nervous about Covid. Thanks.
No, not wearing a mask and I hope to never have to wear one at the gym again.
My gym required them for a little while back in 2020, but once the requirement was lifted in my county, I stopped wearing one, as working out while wearing a cloth mask (or even worse, an N95) is a terrible experience. There were a couple of folks who chose to wear them after the requirement was ended, but now hardly anyone wears one.
I haven’t gotten sick.
Back in the 2020 timeframe, our (Colorado) Department of Public Health and Environment identified gyms as as NOT being a significant source of transmission of COVID, back when they were doing contact tracing.
Ever been to Colorado's Pro Gym? That's my former stomping ground.
No just 24hr and now Chuze
