Is that elf mint gloss a peppermint or menthol?
Menthol? Sort of like Carmex.

I've never noticed it in Target, but lately I saw some good reviews on youtube. Also about NYX. Haven't paid attention to that one, either. Not sure who carries it because I'd think I'd see it had the stuff been all over the place...

Sometimes, not often, but sometimes cheaper stuff may be better, at least in some categories. A few days ago I was appalled to see Burt's Bees lip balm which costs $2.99 almost everywhere priced at $6.99 in Ulta! Should Sephora carry it, it'd be probably $10!

I like Wet n Wild eyeliner and lip gloss. Lots of fun colors with a long pencil for the eyeliner. Some of the lip glosses are bit shiny and for lack of a better term, very "feminine and girly."

I've tried ELF lip gloss and eye shadow and wasn't impressed. But I bought a few make up brushes, which have worked out extremely well.

Lipstick #526 used to be a staple in my makeup bag.

Or was that #517?

I've been using Wet & Wild for my eyebrow pencil for a couple of decades. I think the shade is "taupe." Never bought any of their other makeup but with y'all recommending them so much I'll have to check them out again at Rite-Aid.

Thanks!

Their high-pigment eye shadows really last on my lids. Better than much more costly lines.

That does look like a nice neutral color. How long does it last? For reference, I don't like doing my nails less often than 2 weeks. Anything that chips faster that that with one additional coat max is out. I'd never tried Essie and recently gave it a shot. It chipped on the 4th day. No, thanks - back you go!

It's hard to say, I tend to do alot of stuff with my hands.

(I guess that's why I think $1.99 nail polishes are awesome. )

*I believe they claim it's 5 day chip resistant.

This is part of their "megalast" collection. Goes on very smooth, & the brush is wider so you're applying less strokes.
