I dress up for work even though my office is casual. Right now my go to work uniform is a knee-ish length fit and flare dress with a cardigan, and patterned tights if I am in the mood. I usually wear flats or low boots to work (I have a quite a bit of walking in my commute). This dress shape is flattering and appropriate. If it is not a fit and flare dress, then it is some variation of knee length skirt, blouse and cardigan. Mostly pencil skirts.

I find this uniform is figure flattering without being too much and easy to wear.

When you have assets they show no matter what. The cleavage (front OR back) isn't always welcome in the workplace though. Nothing wrong with legs as long as you aren't talking about the top of your thigh.

Wear body shaper under your dress to look slimmer and beautiful. Shapewear are specially designed to reduce and shape your figure.
