Commitment is way too difficult, which is why I have too many bags! I too carry few things…in my small bags. So much easier than trying to remember where each small item is.
As for looking like a crime victim while carrying a purse, any person tries to snatch my pocketbook, they will have to get through being smacked up with it first! <--Being cheeky here. Besides, it has nothing to do with a purse, it is about not looking and acting like an easy target, in my opinion.

007 with the MEH bag, so funny! Reminded me of a tote a friend of mine has, it has a tiny cartoon woman wearing a suit and heels exclaiming "F**K" all over the bag. It is really funny to see the reaction of people when they read it.

Love this color...took a bit to break away from black
What a great classic bag, love the color, too! Great choice
It's time for me to break out the summer bags and get rid of the black I've been carrying for months. I have way too many handbags and yet often fail to change them. Love my vintage Dooney bags, especially the hobo in ivory or the washed denim hobo. Either is great for summer.
I've still to transfer my stuff to a summer handbag since we haven't quite made the transition here to summer clothing yet. (MN)
This is the one it's in right now.
I love the way this bag matches nearly every pair of brown shoes I have but it can be a nuisance trying to find things down in the bottom of it.
Have you tried an organizer for your handbag? I don't use them with all of mine, only those that don't have compartments and make it impossible to find things without dumping the entire bag. I bought mine on QVC several years ago and have seen them on Ebay, too. They hold quite a bit and are easy to transfer from one bag to another. Hope this helps
Since I have a lot of things to carry, so I prefer to take backpack
