Haven't bought Nike since Nike signed him. I also went down to the fabric place and got a few USA Flag iron-on patches which I put over the swoosh emblem of my previously purchased items. In fact their shoes are inferior by comparison to New Balance and I'm rediscovering how great Adidas is. Say by by to Nike, the brand for USA Haters.
Yeah, I know they are nerdy, but what about Crocs? They were about the only shoe that I could tolerate before I had foot surgery. (Fortunately, it did not matter what I wore to work at the time).
I fly a lot for my job and am going on another trip late next week. I've decided I'm sick to death of untying and retying tennis shoes and boots for security and the plane and want to get slip-on loafers. I'm a woman who wears size 7 normally and comfort is becoming a factor due to middle age. But I don't want hideously ugly either. Does anyone have suggestions on brand/style? I like trying them on in store because my shoes run narrow at times. I sometimes get kid's shoes due to the narrow thing as well, so kid's suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
Holy cow I haven't worn tennis shoes on a plane, in years.
These are what I wear most everywhere now, when traveling. Wore them all over Greece last year too. Very comfy and nice looking.
I love those! They are super cute! I think I can find them in the store. Keds are everywhere and they are a little dressier so I can wear them with a lot of different outfits.
