Age appearance obsession is the #1 thing that makes people appear older.

#2 is Uncle Rico hair.

Spending too much time staring into a computer screen can cause crow's feet and frown lines. Both of those, of course, cause people to look older. To help maintain a youthful appearance, one should shut down the computer and get out into the real world on a more regular basis.

I think longer hair makes a man look older. The shorter the better. And if his hairline is receding, then for GOD's sakes do NOT try to keep the hair long to cover it. That just makes it look worse!!

#3 is repeatedly asking the same question over and over and over again and expecting different answers.

According to Albert Einstein:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

No they dont. They look older when they get too thin.

Being TOO thin ages your face but being too fat makes you look so much older - that fat bloated overfed look, pasty skin that comes from lack of exercise, double chin makes you look much older than a thinner face.

Whatever, dude. Argue with me if you want to. I didn't answer your other post out of nicety. But I will go ahead and say it here. Yes, you DO look older than 30 because you are fat!
