I LOVE the lion too. (I'm a double-Leo )

aaron; thanks. His art teacher keeps telling him he'll do whatever possible to help him get a scholarship. I hope he listens though!

I have enjoyed looking at everyone's work. Here are a couple of my old sketches. I haven't done any drawing in about 14 years, not sure if there is anything there except for how I feel when I am sketching. God bless.

i agree. the second one in particular shows an understanding of proportions and anatomy. good stuff. draw more, and then scan it on a flat surface, woman (or just use your camera in good lighting on a flat surface)!

i called it 'r'lyeh earthworm'. tried for loose inkwork. but it ended up just looking sloppy. notice that i end up saying something along that idea for all of my stuff. sigh. watercolor and ink.

this thread has been quiet for a while. i haven't done any since the last one, mostly because of work and school rearranging themselves. but i am hoping to start some new projects in a little bit.

i know that some of you have been working on your own works of art in the meantime....
