I am a Canadian looking to buy some beach fron property in South Frorida. I've been looking at Miami, but it can be expensive. Also looking at places like Sunny Isles, Surfside. What are some other good places to buy, that are close to the beach? I'm looking in the $25,000 to $125,000 range. Something I can also rent out part of the year.

There are quite a number in Pinellas County but none in that price range oceanfront outside of a foreclosure or two. The OP might have better luck in SW Florida. Check out Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach or Naples.

Beach front will be a little harder for $125K, but you can certainly do a small (think 500 sq ft) unit a few blocks from the beach. There's quite a bit of inventory in South Beach.
Rental restrictions will vary depending on the building
