According to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the total number of homeless in Florida has decreased by 46% since 2007 and deceased by 6% since 2020., compared to California where total homeless has increased by 23% since 2007 and increased by 6% since 2020.

What Pinellas beaches are full of RVs anyway?
Downtown Tampa does have an issue with uncontrolled homeless though. Particularly near Scott and Morgan around the 275 underpasses.

Her point about downtown is a stretch I think. I haven’t seen that many homeless.
