Taxes/Homeowners Insurance
Looking for some comparisons. If you can, please list the county/town you live in, your taxes and homeowners insurance. Also, how long ago did you purchase your home and for how much. Thanks for your help.

1) Stuart/Martin County
2) taxes-$1721.00
3) insurance-$2200.00
4) home built 1999
5) cost of home-$120,000.00

The main determining factor is whether your policy is a replacement cost value policy or an actual cash value policy. If you have an actual cash value policy, it will not. Actual cash value is also known as the fair market value. Fair market value is basically the amount that a a buyer would pay for your home.
