Yes in Boca the car transport companies are here dropping off the out of state cars. I see more every day. Now the waiting in line begins and the fights in the grocery begin.

Yes, they are coming early this year. Maybe it is all the unusual cold this year up north. My neigbor came 6 weeks early from the UK, but he said he is going back earlier than normal too. We went to an Oktoberfest dinner at our clubhouse last night and sat with 2 couples (Ma. and Ill.) who said they came early this year also. They said they are going back for the Holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and will return January.

yep, just look for all the handicap signs hanging from their mirrors Turn signals left on...in the passing lane driving extremely slow. And somehow it looks like their car is driving itselfUntil you pass them and there is someone driving the car...huh

But, yes, they do help the economy. So welcome back.

Sounds like the terrible economy has had no effect on the snow birds?

The economy has certainly had an effect but since most of us are out of the earning stage and in the 'spending down' stage we personally figure we have just as much to spend per year.....we'll just have to die sooner than planned.
