Must have missed something Maggie, watcha celebrating? Whatever it is congratulations!
We are celebrating DH's recent MRI results showing no sign of cancer 2 years after surgery. He is still on a quarterly checkup schedule, so they are watching him like a hawk.

Small cup of my favorite gourmet carry out, Cioppino. Then a salad of Romaine, ripe tomatoes, red pepper, garnished with smoked salmon. Grands muffins.

PS, ignored the February 2010 expiration on the Grands muffins, so if I never post again, please pay attention to expiration dates.

I had a hotdog and cucumber sandwich about 4:30 with fritos and ice tea. I might just have a couple slices of rotisserie chicken and an apple to top that off and call it supper.

Out to dinner for my friend's birthday and she chose Mexican. We had homemade salsa (the best that I have ever had) and homemade chips, Market Garden Quesadillas (all fresh veggies), and Grand Marnier Flan.

Today is another busy day--the fair with grandaughter. We will make hot dogs when we get home and munch at the fair today. I always worry about eating much real food at the fair because the food preparation concerns me. More for grandaugher then me. We will enjoy all those goodies like cotton candy though!
The weather is fab! About 58 last night and about 78 during the day with a slight breeze. Beautiful.
