yum yum> We don't have much yet to pick from the garden, but will in a couple of weeks. I do have about every herb you can think of though.

I have a lot of herbs too. My basil is doing fantastic this year so far!

Having less luck with italian parsley, as usual.

I can't remember if I said what's for dinner yet... it's looking like tuna fish sandwiches as this point.

Last night was spaghetti with garlic toast and of course cut up watermelon--can't ever get to much of that!

Tonight will be chicken fingers with french fries and good 'ole melon. Dancin' on tv so dinner has to be quick and easy!

I started everything at the beginning of March, the tomatoes should be ready any day now.....I've been picking basil every other day, processing it into pesto and freezing, or drying it, or just eating it fresh.
4 varieties of basil, 3 varieties of oregano, 2 of dill, rosemary, tarragon, thyme, 3 varieties of mint, cilantro, my bay tree is getting pretty big.....not counting lettuces, veggies and fruit trees...... or the chickens, ducks, geese and goats.....
Debsi, my Italian parsley isnt doing very well, either, cant figure out whats going on with it.

Love it!!

I made burgers & froze a bunch of them. Had them last night & they were so good, everyone is asking for them again tonight. That was easy! (well, today it was!)
