Those meatballs cooked last night in some red sauce, a-top some spaghetti noodles....garlic bread....tired and done soon

I had to put the pork roast on hold. Must have had something to do with those 50 Chicken McNuggets I had for lunch still flying around.

Mini chicken tacos from Trader Joe's. I definitely like these better than the TJ's chicken taquitos I had over the weekend.

Went out to Chili's for dinner. Had crispy chicken crispers (or whatever they're called) with fries, honey mustard, and corn on the cob. Chocolate molten lava cake for dessert. Absolutely delicious!

And we ended up making some of the most amazing Smoked Salmon Chowder ever! With fresh Alaska Salmon smoked by our neighbor. Now that's Mmm Mmm Good!
