I made salmon carpaccio today. Fresh, high-quality salmon cut into thin slices, lime juice, olive oil and soy sauce drizzled over, finely chopped red chili, garlic, ginger, cilantro and spring onions on the top, and some salt. Served with rice and avocado. It was really good!
Went out to Chili's for dinner. Had crispy chicken crispers (or whatever they're called) with fries, honey mustard, and corn on the cob. Chocolate molten lava cake for dessert. Absolutely delicious!
It's raining and chilly here so we are having soup and homemade bread.

And we ended up making some of the most amazing Smoked Salmon Chowder ever! With fresh Alaska Salmon smoked by our neighbor. Now that's Mmm Mmm Good!
