Thought that since it was Sat night, we would just have frozen pizza. Ended up cooking cornbread, tiny butterbeans, baked beans w/ bacon, oven broiled chicken breasts, broiled kielbasa, salad. Actually was going to include a "suddenly salad" box type thing I have had in the pantry for sooo long - but made it, and decided that if I added a can of tuna it would be wonderful for tomorrow. I am really surprised at how good it is.

I am going to make an oven stuffer tonight.....been a while since I've made one. Its pretty big so I'm hoping to have enough leftovers to include for another meal....maybe a chicken pot pie or something. We will have mashed potatoes and either broccoli or corn, and I'll get some flaky dinner rolls to go with it IF I feel like going to the store later

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!

nic, you could always invite us over dinner instead of having leftovers

I'm going to try a new recipe tonight......Filet Mignon with shredded potatoes cooked on top. Not a big steak eater, but this one sounds interesting.

Slow-cooked leg of lamb, Greek style (with lots of lemon, garlic, olive oil, oregano, etc.) with potatoes that were cooked in with the lamb. Served on a bed of baby spinach leaves, with crumbled feta on top.
