A new Orleans style coffee mellowed with chicory such as Luzianne works for me.

Sumatra Manderling. I use a one cup pod version, though 30 years ago I was able to buy it freshly roasted at Boston's Coffee Connection. They were bought out by Starbucks, the saddest day in my life.

We buy the Starbucks espresso from WalMart. Sounds funny, but we do it when it's convenient. Otherwise we like to buy from a local place that has locally roasted beans. Always espresso though.

My fav is DD's Coconut Coffee... but they don't sell it by the bag so I end up doing a DD run if I really want it. But, I really like Harmony Bay's Hazelnut

My two favorite coffee beans are Brazilian Santos and Haitian Rebo. The Santos is smooth and spicy. The Rebo is fruity and wine-like. Both are delicious!

Well....I started of with Maxwell House, Folgers, until I wanted to "venture" out a bit.
Went with Gevalia, and got hooked on Hazelnut Coffee.
Gave up Gevalia (became to expensive since we are going through so much coffee), and have for now settled with Dunkin Donuts Hazelnut Coffee.
I have also tried the brands of Seattles Best (very strong !), as well as Brothers Coffee.

Jamacian Blue Mountain (bean) roasted by a local roaster.

Get something from a local roaster. Where they actually roast on the spot if your can.
Freshly roasted coffee puts everything else to shame.

My current fave is Indian Mysore nuggets. Like the coffee, love the name.
I roast my own. It's fun and saves money.
