Just say, well if you feel like it, cutting yourself a slab off a block of cheddar or some other cheese and eating it just like that, without putting it on anything or using it with another food!

I used to do that quite often (I guess I still do it now) if I feel like it.

Why not? Great tasty snack. I like the Coastal cheddar from the UK.
$7 or so at Costco.

Yes!
This family love their cheese (often by itself), & or served w/ various crackers.
We prefer them over any form of chips or pop-corn during movie night.
DH & I love wine... so always having a block o' good extra-sharp cheddar at hand is a must.

I'll fry cheddar once in awhile. That's the only time I eat it alone.

I'm doing it now. A wedge of Manchega, though I am having a fruit with it, some loquat, so I'm not eating the cheese alone actually. If I'm ever hungry for a late night snack a slice of pub cheese is my go-to. No cooking, no crackers or chips, just a little something to mouse on.

Mostly just when drinking wine. Finding a cheese that complements the wine, and nibbling it along with some almonds, maybe some almonds, a little dried fruit...yum.

Sometimes. I usually cut it up or, if in spread form, I typically put it on crackers.

Yep, I love cheese, pepper jack, swiss, cheddar... yum. And the cinnamon crusted cheese sold at Trader Joe's is amazing w/ wine once in a great while, too
