Thanx Crazy- I can get Barilla but not the new "yellow" box. When I go home I always bring back anchovy paste, tubes of tomato paste, Goya Sazon.

You have my sympathy - hope you get it all done without too much pain and strain! We will be returning to our home in UK about a year, which has been rented out, and I'm dreading it - for fear of what damage we might face!! We rent here and keep the house as if it were our own, we've improved the garden and taken care of any little problems, and we'll clean and paint before we leave. Hope the good karma rubs off on our tenants back home

I'm smoke'n a 14# prime rib and a 10# strip(primal strip steak cut). Mostly as gifts, but we will have to sample some.

I don't really care what else we have, probably corn on the cob(on the smoker). No special rub or anything, just beef.

Love the smoker, and it'll send love to you.

Stan4 and southdown, thanks for the recipes. I have been in the foggies this morning trying to think about what to make for dinner. You have both given me lots of inspiration. I'll let y'all know later what I am making tonight - besides a mess in my kitchen.

Daytripper, I sure hope the damage is repaired soon and all is well again. You need a nice bowl of chicken soup. Or, considering the weather, maybe vichyssoise!

Looks like we can do those pork steaks tonight with sweet potatoes, stewed apples and green beans. Hubby will BBQ the p. steaks and potatoes plus he has a little side stove on the BBQ that he does the apples on. I will only have to prepare the green beans. Kitchen will stay cool and little clean-up! That makes me happy!

That doesn't work for me. If I don't fix something I may wind up with a bag from the local FFJ. And they are slim picken's around my parts. My wife has made a believer out of me when it comes to dinner
