I'm including a photo of this evenings dinner. Better now because once the aroma hits me there will not be time. On a sad note our beloved tree of the now famous "Swamp Cabbage" is in trouble.

Last night hubby made chicken nuggets and fries, but then he also had to do the grocery shopping when he got home so dinner wasn't until about 12:30, so I'll forgive him
I catered a wedding rehersal yesterday with meat and cheese lasagna for 50 people and I made a 1/2 tray for us. That is what dh and I are having, lasagna, Italian garlic bread, breaded pork cutlet parm. and salad.
