I feel like easy cooking tonight, and I wouldn't mind a large dose of garlic so I'm going to make this slow-cooked version of Lemon Garlic Chicken where the lemon and the whole garlic cloves cook down to a sweet goo. BTW I use breasts and thighs instead of whole chicken.
It's both comforting and summery at the same time.
With a green salad and crusty bread - maybe some Fino reduced in the juces as a gravy....

Nigella and a slow cooker at the same time! How can you go wrong?
