Anything. I had surgery back in October and am experiencing complications. I wish severe nausea came with loss of appetite. Almost everything on this thread looks delicious!

I wish I'd be in San Antonio right now. I'd wish I'd be at Alamo Café munching on some cheese enchiladas. And beef enchiladas. And their brisket tacos. And their fajitas. And their homemade flour tortillas fresh off the griddle (with butter!). And their rice and beans. And their chicken flautas.


And, all the while, having their chips and a bowl of queso!

My Dad used to make a very juicy corned beef hash over homemade biscuits. Not that dry crumbly stuff but actual juicy (not soupy) hash. Super yummy. Just wish he'd left the recipe before dying.
