My own sweet-hot mango chutney I just made, in 2 weeks when it's ready. It will need time for the flavors to blend. I made it with
fresh ginger, garlic, onion, habanero,
cider vinegar, salt, allspice, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom,
a tiny bit of olive oil to help blend flavors,
pineapple juice concentrate (my twist on it), mangoes, and sugar.

And I want to have it with just about any rice dish or sandwich that I make, when it's ready.

My husband's homemade pizza with white sauce, leeks, and fried eggs. His pizza is always very good, and he tried this combination last weekend. Best pizza ever. I'd never heard of fried eggs on pizza but WOW it works.

You people make me feel so guilty. You want regular food. I want cake and cream puffs. Right now I don't want anything because we just ate out. I did it again: humungous slice of heavy chocolate cake with thick layers of dark thick chocolate frosting WITH a dish of ice cream and coated down one side with whipped cream plus a few sweetened sliced strawberries. Even splitting it with someone, it was too much for one person. But I ate my half.

After having Mexican food for dinner last night, I would love to have an avocado with some home-made salsa and a dollop of sour cream.

Tomorrow when I shop, I am picking up a couple of avocados.
