Brunch: sauteed zucchini, mushroom, onion, bell pepper, Serrano chili pepper in a scrambled egg. Wheat toast, a couple sausage links and a slice of bacon. Might tasty!
A very small piece of cast-iron pan seared beef with some onion & broccoli (my least favorite veggie). It was too small... I'm starving & rummaging for more lunch.
The last of leftover beef stroganoff served over rice.
