Tossed salad. The dressing was bleu cheese and I added olive oil infused with Serrano chili honey balsamic vinegar to the bleu cheese dressing, which gave it a really nice taste.
It is one of my favorites - I end up using much more vegetables than the noodle. Just the other night, I got a solid serving of zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, mushroom and carrot.
My youngest son decided to make me lunch today ..tuna fish sandwich with a mixed green salad and an over soured lemon water
Oh, that's sweet... despite the overly soured water. I recall when my nieces/nephews (ages 4, 5 & 6) decided to 'cook' my dinner when I was visiting... marshmellows in a bowl with a few M&Ms & a piece of bread. They even picked up the things they dropped on the floor & blew them off after their dogs licked them, before handing them to me.
My dinner-for-lunch as of late continues with pan-seared steak with red wine/lemon sauce, broccoli (my least fave veggie) & sliced tomatoes (my 2nd least fave veggie (oh, that's a fruit actually)... truth be told, I dislike them all save for potatoes)... good sauce, though.
Really weird lunch today if you can call it that have not much appetite so I had a little plate with turnip slices, tomato and cucumber slices,a little bowl of cherries and a bowl of blueberries with milk
Picked up some hot wings, 3-bean salad and potato salad from the deli.
