Cold cucumber soup..I made it up myself and have no exact amount...it is almost like a raita
some cucumber
my homemade yogurt
fresh lemon juice or roasted cumin
chive or green onion
garlic clove
dill/parsley/cilantro as options
salt
black pepper
red onion or green chili for decoration
egg salad sandwich on the go from the grocery.......meh, won't be doing that again.
And *gasp* they were OUT of Diet Dew! WTH?? Glad I got reserves last week
