Had a long medical afternoon, plus an immediate errand, so we picked up a pizza, and finished off the orange sherbet for dessert.

Tomorrow's gym day and grocery shopping. I will likely pick up an easy to cook dinner while we're out. I'm thinking chicken, rice, and veggies.

I made pulled pork in the slow cooker, cole slaw, baked beans and mini corn on the cob.

Making pulled pork on the smoker today. I started the charcoal around 5:30 this morning as more snow was falling. I will serve with a pasta salad. Here is the pulled pork recipe I am using. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Alabama...r_results_p1i2
