Dinner is a belated Fat Tuesday dinner: shrimp etouffe, jambalaya, unsweetened iced tea to drink, and bread pudding for dessert (not sure what the topped will be).
Take out deli tonight consisting of a little of this 'n that - kind of a buffet: roasted turkey, roast beef, meatballs, green beans, corn, carrots, cranberry salad, mashed potatoes and gravy.
