DH made beef stew with carrots and onions, mashed potatoes, and garlic bread. Unsweetened iced tea to drink.

Steak pizziaola with angel hair pasta, green tossed salad, red wine.

Not sure why, but today just keeps feeling like Sunday! I'm not complaining, mind you....

Chick pea, potato peas, cauliflower, carrot, and pepper curry in a creamy but spicy tomato based sauce.
Naan bread. We also had basmati rice.

Ginger ice cream. (I add the ginger myself)

Mulled wine. We are SO snowed in!
