Change of plans, since we had a big lunch. We had some smoked sausage, browned and sizzled with baked beans, and tomato feta salad with Italian dressing.

We were in the mood for Chinese tonight, so I made spicy sesame beef over cauliflower rice. Dessert was a thick chocolate shake.

Thanks! The SIL cooked those and they were very good. They spent some time in foil. He's really getting the ribs down good.

Last night I had to use up some cherry tomatoes from the garden. I browned 4 small chicken breasts in hot oil, took them out and sauteed onions and garlic, sprinkled oregano, deglazed with chicken broth (didn't have any white wine)put chicken back in and 17 cherry tomatoes. Put lid on and let simmer for 15 minutes. S&P at the end and served it all on rice. It was delicious. I'm having a hard time keeping up with the tomatoes this year so I'm always trying to think of ways to incorporate the cherry tomatoes.
