I remember those days. Craved corn flakes and bananas, with one child and fried chicken, with one. Nothing else sounded or smelled good. Forget my beloved coffee. My husband made his coffee on a coleman stove.....(outside, 'cause you know the routine!) those were the days!!!

Wish you well!!

Well this morning I put together pulled pork in the crock pot. Went to the beach, hung out with friends, swam, explored the rocks, etc. You know just a great Labor Day. Came home and realized I forget to start the crock pot. So pulled some frozen burgers out of the freezer. Grilled cheeseburgers it is!

Grilling tonight. Marinated chicken in a homemade brown sugar barbecue sauce, baked potatoes with butter and a spiced up sour cream, corn on the cob, sliced tomatoes, and grilled garlic bread. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. Dessert was grilled peaches with a sweet cherry balsamic vinegar and brown sugar glaze over vanilla ice cream.
