Used up some frozen lamb curry broth. Slow simmered it with some sweet carrots and other veggies and added ramen noodles.

I'm making some pork shoulder. It's not the usual one big fat piece, but rather, cut into 3 thinner pieces. I don't have a whole lot of experience in general with pork shoulder, so I'm curious to see how it turns out. It's in my Crock Pot for 6 hours on high.

you will be surprised how well it tastes....

if you see it shrink,,or has a lot of juice,,,, its because its well marbled

this is what they use for pulled pork
