I feel rich! A pork tenderloin, already cooked, with a bourbon molasses glaze, from the freezer, mashed potatoes for dh, and stir fried green beans with a touch of bacon fat. Easy breezy.

billing day at work and then I had to drive the Boss home - lemon in a paper cut sort of day. Stopped at the store and picked up some fried chicken, and I sliced a couple of fresh tomatoes. If no one wants that, there's PBJ.

In Australia a meal like that delivered would cost the best part of $50.
