Fresh corn and cheddar bake and a big tossed salad with lots of fresh stuff. Zucchini muffins baked by a friend.

Rotisserie chicken, baked potato with sour cream and chive, and broccoli. The chicken came from Wal-Mart by the way and was actually pretty good.

Panda Express(black pepper chicken& chow mien) Not my go-to chinese but its next to where I have to pick someone up later. Its also not 35 dollars which is what chinese take away costs here !

I had the other chicken teriyaki bowl I bought yesterday. I added a side of steamed broccoli and some orange slices. Iced tea to drink.

Very, very rich leftovers of duck breasts seared with a dry rub of coffee, brown sugar and other spices. Waaaay rich. A little couscous and salad rounded it out.

Oi... it was rich....

Buffalo patties--- served with Idaho Dutch yellow baby potatoes, gravy, and sweet peas?
