The Kaiserschmarrn sounds delicious, Almrausch. I see the fresh plums are here.

When DH gets home this afternoon he's going to grill some meats I took out of the freezer. I have ground elk, some bacon wrapped filets and chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and ricotta.

In the refrigerator are fresh cooked beets, summer squash, potato salad, Mexican corn/bean salad, Bing cherries, pineapple and watermelon.

I'll make some fettuccini to go with the chicken breasts for supper tonight. And then it'll be easy sailing for a while so we can enjoy the nice weather.

I've got chicken breasts in the crockpot with onions and cream of chicken soup. Will serve it over some rice and add some frozen broc/cauli mix on the side.

We have some french bread leftover from last nights spaghetti, so I'm guessing that'll disappear tonight too

Puppy sitting tonight. No time to spend cooking so I quickly browned turkey bratwurst with tiny amount of EVOO and garlic and green pepper. Tossed in crock pot with 2 cans crushed tomatoes on low for 4 hours. Serving on whole wheat rolls with baby spinach and low fat provolone. Green salad and iced tea with lemonade to drink.

A blueberry blended strained Greek yogurt, a whole wheat pita bread as a slice of whole grain/wheat bread both with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of white tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

I am so bad (and I feel badly as well)...I have not cooked anything for some time now. I'm sorry guys but I just don't have any desire to continue making meals for just myself...there's just no point to it.

However, I have made a tuna salad sandwich and a side salad (with everything but the kitchen sink in it) for dinner.

Nonetheless...bon appétit kids!
