Shrimp scampi over linguine, salad, and unsweetened iced tea to drink. Ice cream sandwiches made with chocolate chip cookies and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
I had turkey-leg soup that I made in the crock-pot. The leg was on the smallish side of medium.....but it was very filling, the broth was quiet rich and delicious. Added a little fresh garlic and some spices, brilliant!
Chinese food from my favorite local hole-in-the-wall, which was fried rice with black pepper chicken and barbecued pork. Leftover raspberry iced tea (from lunch) to drink.
Just spent a week camping with the family, had great meals every night- bbq chicken, stir fry noodles with venison, dutch oven breads and deserts…
Tonight is easy- spinach salad and pizza!
