Stove top chicken bake, I added a can of green beans to it this time, waffle cut sweet potato fries ( I love the frozen seasoned ones from the Alexia brand).

I am not the OP but lava salt it's a less salty and more seasoned taste to it over kosher salt. It's hard to describe but it's tasty. I often use black lava or red clay salt. I also use a coarse naturally harvested sea salt for everything else. Usually dead sea or korean.

A homemade pizza made with a whole wheat pita bread, part skim milk mozzarella & ketchup, a pineapple nonfat strained Greek yogurt and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of skim milk.

I skipped lunch so ate an early dinner which included the best roast cauliflower I've ever tasted. I used frozen cauliflower (because it's about half the price of fresh, plus I can keep it on hand) and it was just as good as fresh.
